My career has been built in environments where getting operations, compliance, and people right isn't optional.
I started on the front line in banking — direct to customers, experiencing first-hand what good and bad service feels like without the context of why processes were the way they were. That grounding matters.
From there I moved behind the scenes into shared services, juggling multiple brands under one operation, before compliance management and project roles led me into customer operations leadership across regulated gambling and financial services — managing teams, navigating regulators, and building functions from the ground up.
I relocated to Dubai in 2025 and now work independently — as a fractional COO, a project lead, or an advisor. My clients value directness, expertise, and results that actually stick.
