I started on the front line in banking — direct to customers, experiencing first-hand what good and bad service looks like when you don’t yet have the context of why processes are the way they are. That grounding matters.

From there I moved into shared services, juggling multiple brands under one operation, before compliance management and project roles led me into customer operations leadership across regulated gambling and financial services — managing teams, navigating regulators, and building functions from the ground up.

I relocated to Dubai in 2025 and now work independently — as a consultant, project lead, or advisor. My clients value directness, expertise, and results that actually stick.
